1. Eligibility Window
You may request returns within 30 days of delivery for:
✓ Unopened wallpaper rolls
✓ Defective materials
✓ Incorrect shipments (our error)

2. Non-Returnable Items
× Custom printed designs
× Sample swatches
× Clearance items (marked “Final Sale”)
× Installation tools

3. Return Process

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Select “Request Return”
  3. Print prepaid label (US only)
  4. Repackage securely with original protective caps

4. Refund Timeline

  • Processing: 3-5 business days after warehouse receipt
  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days (varies by bank)
  • Store credit: Immediate issuance (+5% bonus credit)

5. Condition Requirements
Accepted returns must:
• Have intact original packaging
• Show no signs of installation attempts
• Include all batch number stickers

6. Special Circumstances
Defective Products:

  • Submit photos within 7 days
  • Free replacement shipped immediately
  • No return required for minor defects (<2% of order)

7. International Returns

  • Customer pays return shipping
  • Must include commercial invoice
  • Mark as “RETURN MERCHANDISE” to avoid customs fees

8. Restocking Fees
